I’m very interested in fairies (or faeries as I prefer to spell them). Does anyone know some good stories or myths? Such as, where do faeries live? or how were faeries made?

Has anyone got a good mind of fairies? I am writing a story about fairies, how they live and stuff. I haven t got a plan of the story of my story yet, I was hoping I could get some ideas?

I mean – were they all real at one point and then they simmered down and turned into great parts for fantasy stories. Or was there just someone, way back when, who thought it would be cool to make something up? What do you all think? I believe in fairies, too.
