I need parables from the Bible that reflect the value of SERVICE EXCELLENCE. The story of the Good Samaritan is a good choice, but I need parables that aren’t as popular as this.
Thank you.

I would say the one in which Jesus washes his own disciples’ feet (before the Last Supper, I believe).
The crucifixion itself – Jesus’ service (obedience) to his father.
John the Baptist – baptizing in the wilderness and living on "honey and locusts" – not the fruit locust, as some claim, which is a very different word in the original language from the word for the locust insect.
Ezra – who diligently led the rebuilding of the second temple, and in which the people slept by their work at the walls with their weapons in their hands to protect what they had accomplished.
Abraham – who was willing to sacrifice his own son in service to God.
Samson – who killed the enemies of Israel with his dying breath.

Depends on the Term SERVICE EXCELLENCE. I think to remember that Maria Magdalena once did wash the feet of Jesus which must be real dirty and blistering after all the walking around he did so even this small service after a useless day trying to convince people to have a better understanding for each other may have meant much more to him at the end of a long day then having some kind of fancy present
